“I live in France, I work in Switzerland. My GP in Annemasse had no visibility into the occupational health records in Geneva. Every consultation started with a verbal summary, lost prescriptions, duplicate tests. That is where My Data My Care was born: a record I own, that follows me regardless of borders.

Three locks block the portability of your record.

We remove them one by one.

The legal lock

Your data is held by hospital portals. Change hospitals, you lose access.

Our answer: You hold the encryption key. No third party can cut you off.

The technical lock

Every country, every vendor has its own format. French DMP ≠ Swiss EPD ≠ Austrian ELGA.

Our answer: Open FHIR R4 + OMOP standards. Automatic semantic translation.

The language lock

A report in German is unreadable for your GP in France.

Our answer: Controlled medical translation (LLM + certified glossary).

What you will ask us.

Is my data stored outside of France?

No. Hosting is HDS v2 certified in France (OVH / Scaleway). Encryption keys stay on your devices.

What happens if MDMC disappears tomorrow?

Full FHIR export guaranteed for life (Data Freedom Pledge). Your data remains readable by any compliant system.

How does a foreign doctor access my record?

You generate a revocable share link or a QR. Duration, scope and language are your choice.

Does it work offline?

Yes. The offline emergency QR contains the essentials: allergies, treatments, contacts, advance directives.

Who translates my reports and how reliably?

LLM engine constrained by a certified medical glossary (SNOMED CT + LOINC). Full version traceability.

Can I revoke a share already made?

Yes, at any time. Revocation is immediate and logged in the consent audit log.

Your health knows no borders. Nor should your record.
