Go to the patient application, choose "Create my account", enter your email address and confirm via the link you receive. Your health passport is ready in a few minutes; you can then import your documents at your own pace.
On the sign-in screen, choose "Forgot password". You will receive a time-limited reset link by email. If your vault is end-to-end encrypted, your recovery phrase will be requested to preserve encryption.
From your space, open "Sharing" and generate an invitation for your practitioner: you choose which documents are included and for how long. Sharing can be revoked at any time, and every access is logged in your journal.
Your data is end-to-end encrypted: the decryption key never leaves your devices. Hosting is HDS-certified in France, and neither My Data My Care nor the host can read your documents.
Yes. The free plan allows up to four profiles: your children, or a parent you care for. Each profile has its own record and its own sharing settings.
The emergency QR code gives first responders limited access to the vital information you selected: blood type, allergies, current treatments, emergency contact. You decide its content and can deactivate it at any time.
The patient health passport is free for life: import, sharing, family and emergency included. Optional paid plans exist for advanced usage and for healthcare professionals. Your data is never held hostage behind a paywall.
From "Settings" then "My account", you can export your data and request permanent deletion of your account. Deletion takes effect within 30 days, in accordance with the GDPR. You can also write to dpo@mydatamycare.com.
Yes. You can export your entire record at any time, in standard, interoperable formats, including FHIR. Portability is a right, not a paid option.
